Website Privacy Policy and Statement

This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours is collected by us when you visit our site, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of your information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The Policy does not apply to information we  collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. The use of information collected through this site is limited to the purposes under this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information about you such as your name, email address, or similar, when you contact us about our services or other items. You will be able to see what information we are collecting because you are the one inputting and submitting it.

We do not send promotional emails except for those you personally choose to receive by opting in. If you no longer wish to receive these promotional emails, you may opt out of them by using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

However, we may continue to send you service related emails relating to existing services to which you subscribe such as web hosting or to undertake work you’ve hired us to do.

If you want to access, change, or delete your information held by us, contact us. We will endeavour to provide your information and/or change information as you wish within a reasonable number of business days (9-5 Monday to Friday AEST).

You must inform us if you wish to be permanently erased from our data records and we will do so.

We use your information only to provide the service for which you gave it and send other communications that you have yourself opted into.

Any personally identifiable information you decide to make publicly available on our site, such as posting comments on our blog page, will be available to others. If you remove information that you have made public on the site, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages on search engines such as Google, or if other users have copied or saved that information. We do not have access or control of such cached or archived information. You will need to contact that source if you want the information you posted removed.

Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.

We will disclose your information where required to do so by law, if subject to subpoena or other legal proceeding. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with or to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. So your information is safe with us if you stay out of trouble with the law.

We may display portfolio items, a past and present client list, and testimonials. If you wish us to remove any such item, contact us.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by other websites. You are subject to their rules and policies when on their sites.

We may use social media features such as the Facebook Like button and other widgets. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

From time to time, you may encounter affiliate links on our site. This means we may receive a commission payment if you follow a link to a service or goods and make a purchase. To know to pay us, that site may use cookies or other tracking mechanisms.

If and when we  make future changes to this policy, we will draw it to your attention within the regular approved communication we have with you. We will not email you specifically just to inform you of changes to this policy. That would just be annoying.

The latest update date is posted below.
